Power of Restoration (Part 1)

Pastor Bunmi A. started the series on the "Power of Restoration". The text in Joel 2 vs. 25 - 27, in which GOD promises "I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm... and my people shall never be ashamed." She reminds us that our default mode is Genesis 1 vs. 28, a promise of blessings to - Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion. However, DISOBEDIENCE took us out of that promise into hardship (Genesis 3 vs. 16 - 19). Pray today that in His mercy, GOD will restore you to His promises.

Bro Femi A. led the discussion on the topic - "Created to be a blessing". He reiterated according to our text in Matthew 5 vs. 16 that we ought to let our light shine forth so that men will see our good works and will glorify our Father in Heaven. Failure to let our light shine forth by being a blessing is operating below our purpose. GOD bless you.
